What is the minimum Drivers Age ? |

It is necessary the minimum of 21 years old and 3 years of driving experience. The maximum age is 80 years old.

What are your operating hours? |

|

Our office is usually open from 08H00 AM to 08h00 PM, including weekends and holidays. If booked in advance, we can also deliver and collect cars outside of those hours, at the airport, but a night tax of €20.00 would apply each time. At the hotels the deliveries are done between 09h00 am and 06H00 pm.

Where do I pick up my car in Funchal airport? |

Our representative will meet you in the arrivals area with a paper with your name on it. The signing of the contract and the collection of the car will take place at the airport.

Do I need to pay any deposit for the car ? |

No, you don't need to leave any deposit. Our prices are all inclusive (TP, SCDW, PAI).

What is not covered by the full insurance? |

The full insurance does not cover cases of comproved negligence: car underbody, inside, tires, lost of keys and documentation and driving under alcohol effects.

What documents do I need to rent a car? |

When filling out the rental contract, we will need to verify the driving license and an identification document (passport or ID card) of each driver, and these documents must be valid.

It's driver responsibility all the infractions committed during the vehicle rental period.

Is there any extra charge for the drop off of the car late night? |

For bookings of 7 or more days, no airport tax will be charged, except for deliveries and/or redeliveries between 22H00 and 06H59. For these bookings we will charge a night delivery tax of Euros 15,00 per rental.

Vehicles are provided with a full, half or quarter tank. Drivers are expected to return the car with the same amount of fuel as hired.
If the client uses the wrong fuel to fill the tank, they will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR COST.
